From the apartment to the nearest swimming in Lake Schwerin, you need a 3-minute walk... you can walk to the castle on a beautiful waterfront path in 20 minutes and downtown is not much further. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest in 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (120 sqm) ... there is a second toilet ( without a figure), you have a terrace and can grill in the garden. Heating/hot water are included.

It has an open small kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with frozen food compartment, dishwasher and a Tassimo In the bedroom you sleep on a cozy box spring bed. In a few minutes walk you are in the city center/DB train station. The apartment also includes a well-kept garden and a lockable cellar for bicycles, which can be accessed via the staircase.
