Serenity on Douglas Lake

Our home has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bath with a shower (no tub) inside and an outdoor shower. Our water is on a well which causes a sulfur smell. There is a private dock & a community boat ramp. The lake levels are up from Spring until the first of September. We have a screen in porch and a separate deck with a grill, table and chairs. Our family has enjoyed this property year around for many years and we have wonderful memories but now we would like to share our home.

Welcome to our 1912 Farm House. Our home was built over 100 years ago but has been fully updated with modern appliances, new flooring and fresh paint. We are less than 10 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and 20 minutes to the University of Tennessee. The main floor of the home is wide open and can accommodate large groups.
