Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! Studio is on the 4th lower level of our villa in the SW, 30 mins from airport, in a small village with a laid back feel called Thong Krut. 900 sqft studio, TV, Wifi & AC. Open plan, lounge area, American style kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, bedroom area & bathroom with shower, balcony with sun beds, full sea view. Private SOLE use of infinity pool and sala. Note pool isn’t on the same level. The studio is a secure gated community with security cameras.
