The complex is located in a quiet coastal town of Dźwirzyno in the western Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is a region with exceptionally high natural (NATURA 2000 areas) and health values. Even before the war, these areas were considered a very attractive swimming pool due to their wide, sandy beaches and clean water. Dźwirzyno has been recognized by the authorities as a place with conditions for spa treatment since the 1970s. The local climate has a positive effect on the airways - especially with children. All this thanks to the winds from the sea that stabilize humidity and reduce the amplitude of temperatures. These winds provide clean air with no pollution and smog from the sea. It is filled with sea escalator that has a positive effect on the respiratory tract. Pelikan Resort Dzwirzyno is located in the Spacerowa strase - right next to the observation deck and the descent to the sea (1 minute walk). The surrounding area is characterized by an exceptionally wide beach with white, soft sand. There is also a guarded beach and beach bar nearby where you can relax with a drink during the season. Forest areas, game dunes and proximity to the lake offer you the opportunity to use various forms of pastime such as cycling, kayaking, horseback riding or kite riding. We also recommend you to take advantage of the offer of the Urban Sports and Leisure Center, where you will find tennis courts and team playgrounds as well as a short walk to the health center. Soon you can also use the water sports center. We would be happy to advise you on how to use your free time creatively. Just a few steps from the center are the main restaurants, entertainment and services (restaurants, stalls with seasonal dishes, shops, supermarket, stalls with vegetables and fruit), boutiques with clothes, souvenir stalls, post office, church and fishing port. The nearest town is KOŁOBRZEG (about 12 km) - there you will find typical urban facilities. The holiday houses with an area of 65 m2 were divided into two zones - leisure zone and private zone. The house is for 4 guests (two double bedrooms). However, it is possible to accommodate two additional people - in this case we change the sleeping area in the living room (we ask for the prior discussion with the staff of the facility how many guests should come). The ground floor consists of a kitchenette, a living room with fireplace, exit to the terrace and a bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a spacious wardrobe. • SALON The comfortable living room with an area of 26 m2 is equipped with a seating set - a corner sofa with sleeping function (for two people), a comfortable armchair and a coffee table. The living room also has a entertainment area - 32 "TV and music system. The main attraction of the house is the corner fireplace, which creates a unique, cozy atmosphere, especially on autumn and winter evenings. • KITCHEN WITH DINING ROOM The kitchenette is shared with the living room with dining area, which consists of a table for four. The kitchen room consists of a well-equipped area for preparing meals (pots, pan, electric stove). In each of the houses there is a complete set of dishes for 6 people, glasses (wine glasses) and a wine opener. • TERRACE A huge panoramic window in the living room leads you directly into the garden with elegant terrace. As part of the furnishings of the outdoor space, there is a table with chairs and a place where you can grill (borrow from the system operator). • BATHROOM The last room on the ground floor is a bathroom of 3 m2. Each bathroom has a high pool shower (an added comfort when bathing children), a toilet and a large sink with cupboard. The interiors of the rooms are in natural, warm colors (brown and beige), which provide relaxation after a day of thrills and adventure. Towels can be rented - please check with us about the details. • BEDROOM 1 The double bedroom features twin beds with bedside tables and night lamps. In addition, the room has a spacious wardrobe and a large dresser. The main attraction of the room is a huge panoramic window • BEDROOM 2 The bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE matrimonial bed, bedside tables with lamps, as well as a spacious wardrobe and dresser. Another advantage is a dressing table with chair. The room has an exit to a private terrace of 6m2 where you can relax. We invite you to the Pelikan Resort in Dźwirzyno, a comfortable year-round complex with holiday homes with sea views and apartments only 30 meters from the beach. Since the 70s, Dzwirzyno has been regarded as spa – local climat benefits respiratory track – especially for children – and joints. There is possibility to accomodate 2 people extra – in such a case the living room is converted for a sleeping area – please arrange it with a manager prior to your arrival. Ground floor of the bungalow has a fitted kitchen, living room with a corner fireplace, bathroom with a toilet, entrance to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms and a spacious wardrobe on the first floor.. Heating in the winter months by means of a fireplace. Living roomA comfortable space – 26 square meters – with a sofa (which can be used as a bed for two people), armchair, coffee table, TV 32” and a stereo. The highlight of the bungalow is a corner fireplace which creates pleasant ambience especially during long, cold nights of autumn or winter.
