Come and stay in a spacious and peaceful apartment. One bedroom, living room and a month. The double bed in the bedroom and the sofa-bed in the living room provide overnight accommodation for four, the child's travel cot is also available. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The apartment has everything you need from wifi to washing machine. The apartment is at the end of a semi-detached house with its own entrance. Downtown 2.8 km, Kuusamo Tropics 2.1 km, Ruka 20 km.

This beautiful Villa Uuttu is located right on the lake front. It has four bedrooms, big common area with a fire place and smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and sauna area. Free use of washing machine and dryer for guests. Also for kids, there’s books and board games available. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet doing different activities depending on the time of year. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. Firewood is included in the rent. (in outdoor storage room and/or outside on the back terrace)
