Our cottage is rated 4 stars. It is located 10 minutes' walk from the shops and the center of the La Feclaz resort. (snowshoeing 50 m away, South plateau cross-country skiing 50 m away, downhill skiing 10 minutes away, mountain biking and walks 2 minutes away. The cottage is new, all wood, facing south, in a quiet and bucolic location. (no road nearby, no promiscuity, views of the forest and meadows!) Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs games area gathering TV, DVD player, with a sofa bed + a sloping bed.

This peaceful cottage offers an ideal stay in the mountains for the whole family, winter and summer. La Féclaz is a family resort, which offers many activities and is ideally located near Annecy and Aix les Bains. A great Nordic ski area, La Féclaz also offers downhill skiing, hiking routes in snowshoes as well as in sled dogs, ski joering, biathlon, fat bike... In summer: hiking, tree climbing, tobogganing, ATV, riding stable, ski wheels...

The clog of Venus is a 27m² family studio, renovated in 2022 and fully equipped. This warm accommodation is ideally located, to allow you to reach shops, ski slopes, restaurant, and many activities on foot. The apartment has an entrance with ski locker, a sleeping area with bunk beds (for children), a living room with equipped kitchen, a sofa bed (18cm mattress and slatted box spring), a bathroom with bathtub and a great mountain view:)

Come and enjoy a superb view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 40 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
