Scheduled for 2 people, it is composed of: - a bedroom, an outdoor bathroom (hot water) and toilet, a space open to the outside with equipped kitchenette and a garden with Jacuzzi and pool. Located by the sea in Saint Paul Bay in an exceptional nature reserve (coconut grove and pond), close to downtown shopping, Saint Paul Market and the Tamarins Road. Quiet location.

Perfect for discovering Saint-Paul and its surroundings, the La Baie studio is located in a fishing area close to the center. The studio is adjoining my house, and has separate access. Located upstairs, it consists of a kitchen living room, an en-suite bathroom, a double mezzanine bed and a dining area in the garden. The sea is 30 m away (not swimmable). Carnival market, first French cave, marine cemetery, dock are less than 400 m away.
