Room + shower room + toilets located on the 1st floor of our house. Quiet area, close to amenities and 2 km train station. Bedroom 1: 160X200 bed - South facing - coffee, tea kettle… Easy access to the sites of Dune Pyla, Arcachon, ocean beaches and the lake. Possibility of full breakfast at 10€/person and on request: access to barbecue, swimming pool, pool house with plancha, fridge, crockery, table for your breakfast and dinner. Please note: no independent entrance, no key delivery.

Nice room in independent cabin (16 m2) with bathroom and dry toilet. Small fridge. Very comfortable bedding, supporting testimonials! Very quiet neighborhood (to note the presence of our neighbor's ducks). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 minutes by car from the market. Pyla's first beaches: 10 minutes drive. I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.
