The apartment (57 m2) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat because we don't want to take an extra charge for families. UKSH approx. 15 min. on foot, CAU approx. 20 min. on foot, Opera approx. 19 minutes on foot, Kunsthochschule 2 min. on foot, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. on foot, Motorway access approx. 5 min. by car.
