The house by the lake relaxing, nature & comfort"

located on the place called ''lachanau'', Pretty house, air-conditioned and comfortable. Conveniently located near the lake and the ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horse, visiting the castles of the Medoc and also: naps in the sun or half shade, pétanque and books available, children's games...what happiness! The house is fenced ( parking 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Lovers of nature and calm, come and relax in our small pavilion completely renovated in the heart of the pine forest which is ideally located on the dune that borders the lake of Carcans Maubuisson area of Bombannes UCPA (less than 1km) and Carcans Ocean (3,5km) in a quiet residential area without opposite and with its garden of 200m2 (adjoining on one side completely independent), very good exposure. Parking space in front of the pavilion. Ideal for a family and fully equipped.

40m2 semi-detached house with a 17m2 terrace facing East. Perfect orientation for your breakfasts/lunches in the sun and a nap in the shade before going to the beach. Our residence is located in the heart of the pine forest, halfway between the lake and the ocean (~10min by bike) and perfectly served by a secure cycle track. The house also has a free private parking space. July/August rental: from Saturday to Saturday.
