Remote and private "off the grid" stone cottage set in the heart of Touwsberg Private Nature Reserve ( just off "Route 62") about 40km from Barrydale. The reserve is well known for it's varied biodiversity and stunning scenery. Accessible with an average car/sedan, however low clearance vehicles will struggle. When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.
