Welcome to our modern duplex bungalow, P07 Imbassai Privilege! We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 2 air-conditioned suites on the upper floor, and on the ground floor on the ground floor, air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, water filter, sandwich maker, air fryer, coffee maker and microwave. In the outdoor area is guaranteed an airy and comfortable environment with a sofa, table set and chairs for 6 people, hammock, brewery and barbecue to gather friends and family on their vacation rentals. There is additionally an internal patio, in addition to a service area equipped with washing machine. We comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our apartment is located in the Imbassai Privilege Condominium, a development overlooking the Imbassai River and with private access a few meters from the beach, in front of the area of natural pools of Costa dos Coconut trees. Exclusive route and bike path with connection to the center of Imbassai. The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, parking, club with adult and children's pool with support kiosk, gourmet space with barbecue and pizza oven, wet deck, children's playground, beach tennis court and access bridge to a delicious bath in the river Imbassai. The location is privileged, close to the charming Vila de Imbassai, located 65 km from Salvador International Airport, and only 12 km from Vila de Praia do Forte. In the Villa, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, as well as a spectacle of rare beauty: the meeting of the river with the sea. Charming quite equipped caravan, in the most quiet district of Imbassaí. We are in front of a still protected forest where you can meet tens of native botanical species, in a property of 1000 m² in which are also 3 chalets and a family house.
