It has been fully reformed in 2021. The property counts with a 1000m2 garden with fruit trees. There is a BBQ, "paella cooking instruments", chill out zone, Kids park, water fun corner and a ping pong table. The house has been designed for families and friends who want to enjoy nature and time together.

Charming little house with garden.

Enjoy a haven of peace in this charming accommodation: newly renovated, with a rustic and accessible style, just a few meters from the center of Tomelloso. This charming little garden house consists of two bright bedrooms with extra large and very comfortable beds. Rustic house with large pine garden and holm oaks. It is a unique house, with an original unique architecture from the '60s and with all amenities. Located in a privileged enclave with a unique view of the largest lagoon of Ruidera, the Hanging Lagoon, and the spectacular Manchego sunset. It is one of the few houses with a private jetty with direct access to the water in which to enjoy a bath and sports activities such as Padel Surfing, kayaking or diving.

Casa CHEREZO is a wooden house covered with cork and a layer of straw, lime and mud that allows optimal thermal insulation in all seasons. It has a nice porch where you can enjoy the starry nights and sunsets.
