Hiking trails are right in front of the apartment, for example, they will lead to the Waldbach waterfall. Stay on the Way of Saint James you can enjoy the view of Lake Constance, Zurich crisis or the Säntis. Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.
