This home boasts walking access to downtown and the Mineral Belt (a 13 mile bike path surrounding Leadville) and East Side hiking trails. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath and a large dining and living area. Enjoy a brand new kitchen with all the amenities. Grandpa's House

Within walking distance to downtown, this is the perfect home for your mountain experience. The front section of this house was rolled down on logs by my grandfather from the East side of Leadville's historic mining district. From there it was built it into a two bedroom house which is now fully renovated for you to enjoy your mountain stay. Enjoy things nearby such as the mineral belt trail, easy access to hiking and biking trials, and a short drive to turquoise lake and ski cooper.

Gorgeous locked off unit with PRIVATE entrance and street parking in front. 1 bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area. Jetted tub, high end bedding, eclectic decor. Microwave, small fridge with freezer and coffee pot. Ideal if you enjoy dining out for dinner. There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. Kayaks for rent.
