This 1,000 square foot unit is the private second floor of a 1919 built home with a separate side entrance. The house is a half mile from downtown Eustis and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and weekend festivals.

This 1600 Sq foot two story house was recently remodeled with new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings. The house is not child proof and therefore do not accept children under the age of 12. Downstairs consists of a kitchen, half bath, family room with dining room table and large screen TV. Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with sitting area and TV and large closet, second bedroom, study and full bath with tub.
