Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Heavenly in Hawea

This is my holiday house, built in 2017. Sun drenched in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. Heated/Cooled by heat pumps x 3 and a wood burner. Wood fired Hot Tub (extra charge). The ideal get away! Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do! (Pets may be allowed - please contact me prior to booking)

Comfy ,cozy and well insulated, compact tiny house , separate to our house The tiny house sits on a trailer and It is built with sips panels (Structurally insulated panels) , with double glazing , so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer and has plenty of choices of heating or cooling. There is also a deck in front on which you can enjoy a cold drink. The nearby trees loose their leaves in winter which allows the sun to shine in and they provide shade in the summer

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).
