The simplicity & relaxation of our premium tiny home is so refreshing and unique. This home sleeps four. It has a Queen size bed and a luxury pullout Queen sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to fix up your gourmet meals, or call out for some food in the area. The Bluebonnet is nestled beside our glistening pond with a fountain, fish and ducks. Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, outdoor shower and jacuzzi tub. Pond is stocked with catfish although I do limit harvesting. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. See you soon!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
