SUPER DEAL! The Flower Den is a spacious private space in the downstairs of the main house (walk-out basement like), that has been recently remodeled and has a fantastic backyard to enjoy! You have a nice kitchenette/dining area, living area with a desk for your work space, full bathroom, and a large bedroom. Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.

The Kitchenette is small but works for small meals. It is equiped with a sink, toaster oven, one induction burner , a microwave, mini fridge, electric tea kettle, french press, and cooking and eating utensils. It is close to all amenities and hiking and biking traiils.
