The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

If you want to you will have chance to experience traditional sauna (additional + 50 EUR, there is also outside hot tub available + 60 EUR (can use till 23:00)) and take a fresh swim in a clear pond next to bathhouse. Cozy and secluded place near Meenikunno Nature Reserve. Lots of hiking trails, untouched nature and wilderness close by. Stay here as a basecamp to explore Southern Estonia. Enjoy sauna and cold plunge in the pond, read some books, look for the wild birds and animals, this is nature. Also, take your time to sit near the pond and feed the fish. The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn.
