Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Nice cozy cabin with a front porch water view of beautiful lake Sam Rayburn, screened in back porch. Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Living room has two futon couches that make into full size beds with storage ottoman’s that have the linens and pillows in them. Golf course and country club two mile away. Three boat ramps including Umphrey Pavilion within 5 miles. 4 restaurants within 5 miles. Very nice neighborhood
