Our family-owned home is located in the Oak Shores Community at Lake Nacimiento on a cul-de-sac next to an open lot and green space filled with oak trees. The community is gated with a front office, has its own marina and waterfront access, and great access to wine country. We are thrilled to share our family home with others to enjoy this amazing lake!
