Spacious Casita with Resort Amenities

White walls and French doors open up each room to create a feeling of calm throughout the home. From the designer furnishing and tasteful decor items to the tennis court and pool outside, this Casita is as spacious as it is stylish. The property is resort like, without the crowds. Play tennis, shoot hoops, lay by the pool, or stroll through the garden. Hiking and mountain bike trails are out the back door. PLEASE NOTE: price indicated is for two guests staying in the one bedroom one bath with full kitchen. Optional second bedroom, bathroom can be added for an additonal $198 per night. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. Hiking trails are just outside with the beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shops just a short drive away. Permit Number: RNTL-007165-2017 A car is needed. The City of Encinitas charges an additional 10% TOT tax which I will add to the booking after confirmation. You will receive a request for payment before your arrive and it is separate from your reservation fee. Extra person charge of $25 per night The casita is close to Del Mar race track, Legoland, beaches, hiking, and equestrian centers.

Golden Sunrise is a vintage inspired suite with modern amenities. Recently remodeled with new rainfall shower and skylight, it offers king bed (low height 15”) with luxe linens. It has a small couch and vintage furniture . You will have your own AC /heater split system w/remote control . Close to the Moonlight beach ( 3 miles), excellent restaurants. Great spots for picnic with eucalyptus trees close by . Hiking trails are just around the corner. Close to everything San Diego can offer.

Relax and unwind on a small family farm and cherimoya grove of over 100 cherimoya fruit trees. Interact with, feed, and brush the resident horse “Shadow,” pigs, chickens, and rooster. The room’s balcony overlooks the cherimoya grove and horse paddock. Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. Awesome location! Excellent value! Best deal in this area! This studio guest suite is 5 minutes away by car from world famous Del Mar race track, Cedros Design District, and of course the BEACH! Enjoy the fun and sun in San Diego. Quick access to the I-5 will get you to all of San Diego’s wonderful attractions. Everything you need is right down the street including Starbucks, CVS, Sprouts Market, and many restaurants and amenities. NO PETS! DO NOT BOOK if you are a smoker! Fine plus eviction!

The Lounge is a quaint, cozy 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom detached guesthouse with lots of character in the "funky" community of Leucadia. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. We really love it here and think you will too.

Welcome to our Cozy Hillside Cottage located in a lovey area of Escondido near several parks and the Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve. Secluded yet located just a few miles from plenty of shops and restaurants. Stone Brewing World Bistro And Gardens is just a few blocks away. The cottage is packed with amenities including an electric oven/cooktop, fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee machine, kitchenware, etc. A lovely 15 mile drive through winding roads will lead you to the coast.

Family friendly Mini-Farm in Elfin Forest

Charming, but large studio located in the enchanted Elfin Forest (San Diego County). Close to the beaches in Encinitas and Carlsbad with miles of beautiful local trails right outside the property for hiking and mountain biking. Gorgeous views from every window, the studio flat has a kitchen, bathroom with stall shower, Amazon Fire TV, WiFi, and convenient parking. Look out the window and you'll see one of the owners' many farm animals- horses, goats, and chickens.
