Secluded amongst native bush, the house has magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and Walter Peak. The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.

We are walking distance to the lake, bush walks & biking tracks, playground and family-friendly activities with animals to feed (chooks and lambs if you are lucky). You will love the tranquil surrounds of Bobs Cove and its mountain views. Sit back and relax and listen to the calls of the bellbirds & tui's. Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.
