This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. The downtown city center is less than a 15 minute drive. Maumee Bay State Park is less than a 30 minute drive. If you don't want to leave, there is workout equipment, a pool table, fire pit, and a hot tub all on the premises. This house holds up to 4 people but fits 3 comfortably.
