Delightful villa overlooking Lampedusa

This villa had my father built it on the highest spot of the island for its beautiful view of the harbor and proximity to the center of the village. It has 3 rooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room as well as an always shaded patio with a big masonry table and a garden full of plants and trees. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water, private parking and a large solarium from which you can see the whole island. Rent includes daily cleaning.

A beautiful house in Lampedusa!

Villa located in Contrada Imbriacola immersed in nature, a strategic point between Cala Croce and the famous natural reserve of the Isola dei Conigli. The house consists of two bedrooms (1 double and 2 beds 1 square, which you can join), kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning and TV; the terrace with also the possibility of a barbecue corner is remarkable. There are no parking problems for any scooters or cars. In una delle zone più tranquille di Lampedusa, la villa si trova in una posizione ideale per coloro che vogliono godersi una vacanza rilassante vicino al mare. La villa è provvista di cucina, barbecue in muratura, doccia esterna e sdraio, e due camere doppie con ventole. In salotto c'è un lungo divano letto in muratura (extra persona). Per gruppi più numerosi la dependance può essere affittata a costo extra.
