This sweet and cozy studio apartment at "The Heartland House" is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It is centrally located in Lincoln, NE with free private off-street parking. The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! The "Capitol View Suite" is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. - Pretty much anything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Attractive AND functional is what we are going for and I think we nailed it in this cozy studio apartment!

Charming garden apartment

Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and air fryer oven will allow you to prepare quick meals. Entire apartment has been remodeled in 2023 and is clean and fresh. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed, perfect for kids or teens.

The apartment is located within a small, quiet and secured apartment complex of only 24 units. There's a courtyard for you to use to enjoy a meal, or read a book outside. Behind the complex is a Disc Golf Course and we'll have some disc's available for you to use while visiting.

Comfortable 1 bedroom first floor duplex

With this homes location in the Near South Neighborhood you will find it easy to get anywhere in town. This unique home has hardwood floors throughout. The spacious living room has builtin bookshelves and a large Roku TV. There is an attractive (non-functioning) fireplace. Coin operated laundry is available in the building as well as a 9 x 9 foot storage area for your use. There is free on street parking in front of the building.

Cozy lower level apartment

Cozy lower level apartment. I love the openness feel to the apartment. It has an open concept living area with comfortable seating. I love to relax to the little electric fireplace. You will have your own entrance to the apartment. You may hear the upstairs tenants. The queen size bed is on a tall platform. Step stool provided. It has shorter ceilings ( approximately 7 feet tall) and steeper stairs to gain access.
