We have a three story A-frame in a small forest in southern Lancaster County. You get the entire downstairs area which has a separate entrance, private bathroom, sitting area, bedroom, and limited kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee/tea kettle). The Senator is a grand, classical old home, built by a 6 term senator from PA in 1905. We have tried to keep the spaces and furnishes elegant and in keeping with the feel of the house. The house has a grand winding staircase, beautiful period chandeliers, and extensive leaded glass panels. Our guests can use any of the public spaces and enjoy the yard and gardens. Breakfast can be served in the breakfast nook or in the formal dining room.
