Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a sea view including the island of Ebihens and Cape Frehel . Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from ST Malo and DINAN, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walk, fishing on foot, etc. This is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel ( 20 minutes) etc... You will enjoy my place for its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.
