Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Tree frog pond and waterfall in the Grape arbor. We put up our own grape juice. Heated Exercise Pool with a current also enclosed to keep the pool area pleasant. A HOT SPRINGS hot tub. The Boardwalk is Modern Luxury in an older home built in 1942. Private gated entrance along a short boardwalk off covered carport parking. Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided in compostable K-cups), electric kettle (teas provided), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly. And no cleaning or chores required of guests, just your pleasant stay!

3 miles from Wine Country (10 wineries within 20 mins) and 10 mins from downtown Eugene and the airport. Our lovely Bunkhouse was built for a quiet, peaceful retreat. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance.
