The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Annexe at Pentire is a cosy self-contained modern and clean space, perfect for couples. Located in a quiet residential area. Off road parking, private entrance with keylock for arrivals. A sunny courtyard providing a lovely seating area. TV & WIFI. Guest tray- teas, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits. A secluded location in the heart of Newquay. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 8 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Outdoor seating area for guests. Perfect get away for couples or those on business in mid Cornwall.

We offer the choice of a 6ft super king or 2 single beds. There is a large open plan living space with all home comforts, a private decked area, a large wet room, wide doors & level access throughout, making our apartment suitable for all guests. We offer off road parking directly outside the apartment. Access is by keybox, but we live close by.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

The view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches only a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The coastal path is right here too, if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll soon forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre. A perfect spot for families & couples. We can sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members). We hope you love it as much as we do!

Tolcarne beach is 5 minutes walk away with towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf and panoramic sunsets. Just around the corner is Porth Beach a great place to swim, kayak or paddle board and explore this wonderful coastline!
