Welcome home,a place designed to enjoy

House of the year 1932 renovated maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double rooms, one of them suite type. It has a laundry room and attic used as a study room, library, gym and with access to a sunny terrace. Discover details and particularities of the spaces of the house and possible activities to do in the area on our instagram: @_casaalba_ Guests can freely access all the open spaces of the house; living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, study, patio, balconies and terrace. There are two private enclosed property spaces for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who hire the house. We are not at home during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and are available to help if needed. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor, the street is very quiet, central, with trees and 10 minutes from the Lake on foot. Banyoles in case you do not know it is a quiet village surrounded by a unique natural environment to do recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. On the way to the Pyrenees mountains and the sea of the Costa Brava. The neighborhood itself has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets… PARQUIN EN LA ZONA/ PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *In front of the house is BLUE ZONE, you have to pay the machines during this time: from Monday to Saturday 9:00-13:00 and from 17:00-20:30 * Free parking close to home, the same street below for example Carrer Torres i Bages (all streets that mark the car parks in white lines). *We have a closed car park close to home. On the terrace of Picholine, you can enjoy the good French life every season every season. The house is an authentic but has every comfort. By the pool there is always sun. There are bicycles available to cycle to the lovely center in 5 min. Picholine is a small but very complete house with 1 large bedroom. Picholine is always private. Picholine is just for guests who rent it. There is always someone present on the premises. We have (NL) admins couple We are on the edge of the village. Wonderfully quiet on a country road. But by bike you are with 5 minutes in the cozy center with many terraces and shops. Bikes are available to guests Picholine is easiest to reach by a car, but there is also a train station in the village. Once on site, the village is very easy to reach by bike. Picholine is located on the courtyard along with the other houses. Each terrace has sufficient privacy, no view of another terrace and private terrace furniture including a dining table, a lounge set, a parasol and a plancha. The pool is shared and is on a different level. Spacious sunbeds are provided. The large loft next to the guest pool is also shared with the other guests, there are the mattresses for the sun beds.
