New house that can accommodate 4 people with a magnificent sea view. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room on the floor overlooking a magnificent sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of the Dourven. Locquemeau, a small fishing village is close to the Granit Rose coast.

Adjacent to our house located in the subdivision, it is nevertheless completely independent because of the configuration of the premises. Sheets and duvets are provided, along with towels. It is 4.5 km from the beach of Beg-Leguer, 3.5 km from the city and about ten km from the Côte de Granit Rose.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

"La Cabane" small wooden house in the city center

LA CABANE, a pretty little wooden construction flooded with light above the Le Léguer river near the city center with a small private terrace for your aperitifs in a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is pleasant. The bedding is new and of very good quality. A few minutes from the accommodation, enjoy the largest market in the area on Thursdays, cinema, restaurants and bars.
