Very luminous independent accommodation, warm in winter and cool in the summer due to its thick walls. It consists of bedroom, bathroom, dining kitchen and private outdoor terrace, plus a large shared outdoor space. With spectacular sunsets and views of the village and mountains. Newly renovated penthouse on one of Jaén's main avenues. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding ceiling for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care in providing a quality rest, with a high end Flex mattress 160cm and good pillows and sheets. Bus and taxis stop right off at the side of the gate.
