Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator without opposite. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking terrace SEA VIEW and greenery. Very close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso, the beach of the source and the beautiful customs way. An ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the popular district of Gourmalon.

Independent, quiet and comfortable accommodation with an infrared sauna. The Loire by bike and the Vélodyssée passes in front. South facing garden view. A quiet, green and nice neighborhood! Located 15 min from Nantes airport, 25 min from the sea. This large bedroom of 26 m2 (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, a large bed ,a sofa bed,an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and toilet of 2 m2. NO TV! Linens and towels provided. Free parking 50 m from the accommodation.

Entire studio 25 m2 - independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Guests can park in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Namely: our exteriors (garden) are still under construction. 5 min from Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes by car. No baths please, only showers.
