You would have 3 king bed suites with private baths, a full kitchen and a second coffee and sitting area. A full length balcony spans the entire bay side as well. There are 9 restaurants within 3-4 blocks and 20 wineries within a 20 minute drive. This is the perfect base for up north fun. Owners live downstairs.

All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.
