All rooms got ACs & wifi. We got cable TV connection, Netflix & Spotify subscriptions. We are inside a very quiet & peaceful subdivision, 25 mins away from the airport, 10 mins away from the city centre. It has superb views of the bay & hills from the balcony & Mt. Mayon from the upper rooftop. You'll be surrounded by gardens & beautiful, some scented, flowers. Our place is at the roof deck of the SIFelAn Bldg. Across is Penaranda Park. A 5-minute walk away, you can access the Albay Provincial Capitol, Legazpi's City Hall, St. Gregory the Great Cathedral, Gregorian Mall and many fast food and casual dining restaurants and 24hour convenience stores.
