Die 1873 erbaute klassizistische Villa Leipzig bietet großen Gruppen auf drei Etagen reichlich Platz. Das Haus ist nur 10 Min. von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Einfahrt an der Karl Heine Strasse führt zur Rückseite der Villa und zu den 5 hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Die Zimmer mit 3,20m hohen Stuckdecken verteilen sich auf über 300m2 Wohnfläche. Jede Wohnung ist abschliessbar u. hat wunderschöne, zum Garten ausgerichtete Dachterrassen. Sie werden sich in diesem historischen Gebäude sehr wohl fühlen.

The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.

Historic villa with charm

The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the old center of the garden town of Markkleeberg. We have lovingly renovated in the historical ambience. By S-Bahn train, you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes, and Cospudener See is a 15-minute walk. The room is located on the ground floor next to our kitchen-living room, where we often stay. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. There is Wi-Fi. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Bikes can be enclosed in our garage.

Here the whole family can relax. We rent our city villa during our vacation trips. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby sights such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig and the new Karl's strawberry farm. The A14 is about 5 minutes drive. Make yourself at home. All our daughter's toys can also be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.
