Family-friendly apartment with south-facing terrace on our Sonnenpferde Hof

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lippish mountains. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2m and children's travel bed) living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 sleeping places and a baby bed available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children possible.

The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the first floor. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The bed in the bedroom is 140X200. Since many guests do not find this notice, I would like to reiterate at this point that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Within walking distance you can reach the golf course and a lake around which you can walk or jog wonderfully. Bike tours can be easily planned from here from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town
