You’ll love all the attention to detail in this stylish place. The property is lake front surrounded by gardens. A boat with two seats, oars, trolling motor and some fishing tackle is available for a small fee. The view of the sunset on the lake is sensational. Life jackets are provided which are required. Karen is an artist and teaches decoupage. Supplies to complete are provided to complete the projects. Please notify Karen 24 hours in advance.

Budget friendly (will negotiate for long term guests, send a private message), private townhouse, nestled and conveniently located near EVERYTHING. Just a few minutes from the colleges (FSU, FAMU, TCC). Night life, restaurants, grocery stores (etc.), all within 3 miles or less! Hop over the creek in front of my house and enjoy the scenic views, walking trails, and playground/park area. No smoking in the unit, outside is fine. $200 fee if inside.
