My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. Couples with an infant or small child are also welcome to book since the daybed is an additional sleeping area. Please tell me if you need the daybed made up for sleeping.

Our comfy studio guesthouse is nestled under a beautiful oak tree. Walking distance to Pasadena's vibrant, bustling Playhouse District. Free WiFi, TV (Prime and Netflix), and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the shared patio with sofas. We have a microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, countertop burners, toaster oven, and fridge. However, we had to remove the kitchen sink, so we provide both hard dishes and disposable dishes, in case you don't want to have to wash them in the bathroom.

Welcome to Balboa Highlands. This neighborhood which is used quite often for Hollywood films is known for it's mid century modern Eichler homes. Great city view of San Fernando Valley and a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is only a few blocks away O'Melveny Park & located in the Santa Susana Mountains. Great for hiking & horseback riding. Easy access to the 5, 118,& 405 freeways. Only 15 minutes to Universal Studios, Downtown Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and ONLY 20 minutes to Hollywood.

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.
