Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

We offer a studio composed of a mini kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, an independent bathroom and toilet. Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min bike or car from the center... Because it goes down….!!! Parking in front of the house with trailer without problem. It is possible for cyclists and bikers to put their two wheels in our garage. Our pool and sunbeds are available.

cottage between woods and fields

Relax at this peaceful home surrounded by nature and at the end of the road. The maisonette is on the edge of a wood with a wide view through fields to the Ardèche mountains and the city of Crest topped by its dungeon. It enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside with the nearest neighbors the forest animals. The accommodation is completely independent and facing the opposite of our house located 30m away.
