Beautiful new construction house in the library center. It's on the ground floor and very bright. In front of the house there is a small park. The village is very well connected, 20 minutes from the city, 30 minutes from the beach and near the Sierra Espuña Natural Park. There are supermarkets and shops very close. Bus and taxi stops are less than 5 min walk.
