Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Complete guest house with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, biking/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub to book for 30 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pet indoors are not allowed Smoking outside is no problem.

You can sit in the shadow of an 100 year old oak tree. For the adventurous type we have something very special, when you stay at our house you get the key for an old World War II bunker that's on the property. That is a great play house for children.
