Our most popular 1 bedroom full corner ocean view suite #10 with full kitchen and wood burning fire place in unique, small, vintage, rustic ocean front boutique motel (around 75 ft. elevation above sea level on a cliff), located in quite residential neighborhood away from traffic, yet close to everything in the heart of Lincoln City. Ocean front , but on a cliff - it's a very short drive or walk to the beach (2-7 minutes). Canyon Dr. Ocean Front Park is right below us (free parking, bathrooms).

Ocean Terrace Condominiums sits at the edge of the beach on the Oregon Coast! All of our oceanside suites are individually owned and uniquely decorated, and feature fully-equipped kitchens and a separate bedroom. Suite #3 is on the 1st floor of the oceanfront building; it has its own patio area and a view of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. There's a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
