Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Located only 10 min away from DC Monuments and 5 min to a ROBUST downtown Arlington NIGHTLIFE with a huge selection of bars and restaurants. Shower water pressure is AMAZING! You’ll LOVE my place because of the location, neighborhood, outdoors space, and HOMEY feel. *NOT for parties or heavy drinking and loud music.

Beautiful apartment in basement of house. Private entrance with keypad (no check-in). Large bedroom w/king size bed & separate den w/futon (playpen available). Full kitchen & living room. Full size washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

My Guest House is attached to a single family home in the West End of Alexandria & offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath & kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, one features a loft & balcony. The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

One of our guests reviewed in 8/2017, "it's still the best Airbnb I've lived." Completely separated and private Guest House in Annandale, VA. The whole house has 9 bedrooms and was built in 2008. The Guest House has not been used until 2016. About 10 miles to DC & close to Metro. Walk to parks, bus stops, restaurants, and much more. Door parking. Newly furnished. Very convenient. 150 Mbs WIFI. 55" UHD TV with Fios. Softened & filtered water. One of kind & can not be compared.

Enchanted! 1BR Apt near DCA in quiet neighborhood

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.
