Built-in 1901, this light and spacious house is just a 10 min walk from the city center and the beautiful Sonsbeek Park. You stay in a former forge from +-1870 in a beautiful, historic and very quiet area. This "blacksmith" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious house. Ideal as a base for various natural or sports trips, or as your 'home away from home' when you temporarily need a second accommodation. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited rectory. Wonderfully quiet!
