The bedroom has a double bed & opens out to a beautiful fenced garden. There is a well equipped kitchen/lounge. The private bathroom, is in an adjacent corridor. We are near the City Centre & University. There is free street parking around the corner. The flat has steps, so not suitable for the elderly & people with mobility issues or poor eyesight.
