The Blacksmith's Workshop

In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his little adjacent house. Recently renovated in a contemporary key, it has become a residence on two floors of about 80 square meters. On the ground floor is the living area with the dining table, kitchen, amenities and a wine pantry, accessible by a wooden staircase with stairs. A second black iron staircase leads to the intermediate mezzanine where the studio is organized. The balustrade becomes the countertop and overlooks the double height. On the first floor are the two en suite bedrooms. The floors are made of resized concrete and part with reclaimed concrete pork tiles; the upper floor is finished with parquet. Special are the vintage furnishings, the lighting of the rooms and the contemporary art paintings of a young Sicilian artist-designer. The house is equipped with winter and summer air conditioning, wifi, TV and dishwasher. A few kilometers away is the beach of Porto Palo (Blue Flag) with the possibility of boat trips, flights with ultralights and bike rentals. Chateau Meu: Luxury bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.
