Idyllic summerhouse only 300m from the beach. South-facing plot with sun from morning to evening. 3 bedrooms as well as a loft. Large bright kitchen. Cozy living room with wood-burning stove. Large bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, bathtub and washing machine. Fenced terrace with garden table and chairs, sun bed, umbrella, charcoal grill and fire pit. Orangery with lounge furniture. TV is streamed via chrome-cast or Apple TV. Free wifi. Parking for 2 cars. Undisturbed plot at the end of the cul-de-sac with nature grounds on both sides of the house.

FIRE IN THE WOOD-BURNING STOVE OR NAP IN THE HAMMOCK. Here in the middle of nature you can grill on the terrace and the kids can play ball in the grass. You have 5 min to My Merchant, 10 min to the Baltic Sea Bath, or 30 min to Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten, Medieval Center, Lalandia and Nysted. It's not far from “Earth to Table.” Ex: Nysted Gaard shop in the harbor. Charming Farmhouse on Fejø

Beautiful old farmhouse with authentic atmosphere. 178 m2 farmhouse, 2500 m2 enclosed garden with room for children and dogs. Located surrounded by apple orchards and with only a few minutes to beach on 3 sides. The beach is a typical Danish island beach with varying quality depending on wind and weather. It is recommended to bring bathing shoes. Other places, a short distance, there are excellent bathing bridges. There are several cafes and eateries, and a well-stocked grocery store and own doctor.

Authentic countryside cottage with lots of charm. The house has everything you need for a break away from a hectic everyday life. Neighbours are far away, there are beautiful views of nature and sheeps and the place allows you to relax. The secluded beach is just 5 minutes walk from the house and the water is fresh. The house has an orangeries and a skateboard ramp. Great place for kite surfing, windsurfing and other water-sports. The embankment invites you for long walks along the sea.

We are family of three (Trine, Niels and Elli). Our second home (we also have a home i Copenhagen) is the perfect setting for experiencing Danish nature at its finest.
